Rachael is a US based acrobat, choreographer, and dancer whom has been developing work and performing for over twelve years.

They hold an MFA in Dance from Washington University in St. Louis, where their thesis focused on dance and neurocognitve studies. Their movement lineages derive from circus, modern+post-modern dance, ballet, contemporary, and jazz.

Rachael believes that all art begins as a shared space that demands diversity rooted in activism.  A love of partnering drives much of their choreography and practice, where they find joy in navigating the possibilities of action+reaction with people, inanimate objects, and their environment. Their works appear under the moniker “Modus” throughout the world.
